This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("User") and royal711 ("Company", "we", "platform"). This Agreement governs your use of the website, application and all services provided by royal711.

By accessing, registering or using any part of the royal711 platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read and fully understood this Agreement, and agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are required to stop using our platform immediately.

royal711 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Notice will be given via the website. Continued use following any changes means you accept the amended terms.

Use of the royal711 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Users who do not meet these requirements are not permitted to register or use our services.

• Users must be an individual (not a corporate entity) registering on their own behalf.
• Registration and use of the platform must not violate any laws, regulations or restrictions in the user's jurisdiction of residence.
• Users must not be on any self-exclusion list or gambling restriction list issued by any relevant authority.
• Funds deposited into the account are the user's lawful property and are not connected to any unlawful activity.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on royal711. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, emails, phone numbers or other details — is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of account balances.

Users are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.
• Updating personal information should any changes occur, by contacting customer support.
• Keeping passwords and login credentials confidential. royal711 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of a user's account credentials.
• Reporting to our support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

An identity verification process (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal is processed. Users may be asked to submit a copy of their identity card (MyKad) or other supporting documents for verification purposes.

Transaction Limits: Minimum deposit is RM50 per payment method. Minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5-30 minutes after the request is approved.

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the destination account details are correct. royal711 is not responsible for withdrawals processed to the wrong account due to errors in user-provided information.

royal711 offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, as well as the following general conditions.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 10 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 → Account balance RM900 → Wagering requirement: RM300 × 10 = RM3,000

The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the original deposit.

royal711 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the royal711 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technology to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Attempting to disrupt, damage or exploit any part of royal711's systems, databases or software.
• Depositing funds obtained from unlawful activities or engaging in any form of money laundering.
• Colluding with other users to defraud the platform's game systems or promotions.
• Posting offensive or threatening content, or content that violates the rights of other individuals, through any communication channel provided.
• Impersonating staff, agents or representatives of royal711 in any form of communication.

Violation of any of the above rules will result in appropriate action, including immediate account closure, freezing of funds and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

royal711 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• A voluntary account closure request by the user.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance will be returned once the verification process is complete, subject to the withdrawal terms currently in effect.

• The accuracy or completeness of information displayed on the website.

royal711 will endeavour to provide a stable and reliable service, but is not responsible for disruptions caused by third parties, circumstances beyond its control, or force majeure.

royal711 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this website.

Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version. The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this document. Continued use after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

royal711 operates under an international licence and this Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform is licensed. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through negotiation.

If a resolution through negotiation cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules set by the relevant body under the licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
